I grew up speaking English and Laotian at home, then moved between San Francisco and Tokyo. I’ve worked inside enterprise systems and learned Japan one practical detail at a time. Both taught me to notice where a person gets stuck and make the next step easier to see.

Today I build automation, knowledge systems, and applied AI support for teams. I care about the handoff as much as the fix: people should know what changed, why it works, and how to run it next.
